McLamb Monument Co. was established in 1935 by E. McLamb to provide the families of Eastern North Carolina a source for cemetery memorials and markers, and it continues today at the original location, Hwy 70 Business (Grantham St.) in Goldsboro, NC.  The company has experienced steady growth through the years, and in addition to the beautiful memorial art, McLamb Monument Co. now builds historical and civic monuments, while offering a wide selection of statuary, benches, columbariums, bronze markers, granite countertops and fundraising projects.  Our pet markers division creates and ships a unique selection of pet memorials nationwide.

In 1998, Goldsboro Casket and Vault Service was opened offering a premium line of caskets direct to families who have immediate needs at cost, far below funeral homes prices.  Many families in North and South Carolina and Virginia have taken advantage of this service.

The company is now managed by:  Gordon T. Combs of Goldsboro, CM / President; Tamara A. Hallett also of Goldsboro, Vice President / Design / Production;  Molly Higbee of Hopewell, VA, Secretary / Treasurer.  Our casket and vault sales counselor and long time Office Manager is Martha Mills.
